Amazon will accept returns if an item you bought from them more than 30 day ago has broken down, stopped functioning, or was otherwise disappointing.
Amazon usually gives customers 30 day to return products, but its staff may make exceptions. You may have to pay return shipping or a restocking charge. There are longer returns windows for some items like mattresses, gift list purchases and baby products.
