Another way of returning video games purchased at Target.com is through the mail.
You can do this by logging in to your Target.com account, finding the item in the order history section, and selecting the option to return it.
It will require you to state your reason for the returns and be directed to the Return Shipping Label. Once the label is printed, print it and attach the item to it before mailing it to that address.
If Target makes a shipping error, the cost of shipping the item by mail will be your responsibility.
