Walmart, it seems, has attained global domination, as the largest retailer in the entire world, beating out even Amazon (so far).
Particularly in the area of high population density, there is fierce competition on the international market.
There are stores all over the world, including China. It is reasonable to wonder if Walmart has a presence in India. The answer is not what you expect.

There are many options for brick-and mortar experiences in India or Delhi, but there is a catch.

However, nothing came of it. Walmart was wise in entering India in this manner in 2018, “infiltrating” so to speak and setting up shop through the existing retail network.
